Hello from the other side!

I bring news from the other side of the cultural movement. It turns out that many movements are happening at once. Youth culture, health culture, alternative culture, mainstream culture. Diversify your interests in order to strike it big, but the tentacles of the internet may mean that a Bernie Sanders-like cultural revolution will have to happen from the angst of the world beyond the internet. The net will be used as a medium to proliferate, contain, and embrace the message.

The message is not the internet.

    Dunno who I’ll vote for until the Democratic primaries are over; if I can’t go with Sanders I’d probably go third party. 70s pop-prog like Caravan and Klaatu and Strawbs is really comforting right now. Those other two are really hard to say, though, at least right away on prompt.

    im still passionate about my music and thankful that i found a purpose, realizing that above anything else that happens to me i need to be thankful that i am in a place where i feel purpose and even if everything falls apart, i know where i stand….. even if that means giving up everything for it…. but above all it’s a good thing to know what you want.

    Hey Carles,
    These days I am into UKHH (UK hip hop… grime.) Listen to a lot of radio 1xtra.
    anyways probably not your thing, but last year was a great year for grime. Giggs, Stormzy, Kano all had big years. A$AP is residing in London to get in on that. I felt like London was gonna be the ‘hot’, (via the next Berlin), city with the likes of PC Music, Jack Dance (HYPER HYPER HYPER), and the UKHH scene blowing up. But, not sure it will be the case. Maybe instagram is the hottest city on earth.

    Also, if you wanna feel isolated from the youth (or maybe you are down with this), watch some of these interviews.. maybe you have. But street wear is massive with teens, and white teens are casually talking like black people saying fag and nigger without a feeling of guilt. Teens are incredibly brand conscious and treat guys like Ian Connor, Asspizza, and Mike the Ruler as GODS just for buying shit.

    Anyways I don’t wanna fall in a trap of hating on teen shit, guess just how it is now.
