I was watching Matt Kivel’s “All Will Be Well” music video [via Old English Spelling Bee]. It depicts the story of a grown bro chilling out with his ‘lost in the world’ old man dad. They sorta just vibe out in bodega-wave hangout spots.

You can see that they come from the same biological genetics, if you believe in science/the human genebrome projjie.

I mean, if we can’t ALL agree that this is auth, then NOTHING is auth. I ‘get’ why auth dance music might be ‘too relatable’ and ‘scalable’, and perhaps be retail-wave-vibes. However, the integration of pure vibes with a pure video is the point of auth. Opening up vibes of feelings and emotions. Sharing yourself in the purest way.
